[YARD] Top-Dressing ("Sod Leveler" Compost/Sand Blend)

Our premium TOP DRESSING, 50/50 Compost & Sand is crafted nearby and makes a perfect "top-dressing" or "Sod Leveler" for lawns. The compost is a well-decomposed compost, rich in nutrients and organic matter, but is well-decomposed so as to release nitrogen rather than pull nitrogen while decomposing. With the sand's weight and ability to percolate water, this makes our Top-Dressing material great as a leveler for recent sod-jobs or for existing lawns. It also makes a great soil base for establishing a lawn or serving as the sub-layer base of a home garden.
