What products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of outdoor supplies including mulch, soil, gravel, decorative stones, pavers, outdoor lighting, irrigation systems, garden tools, plants, and more.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. You can also place orders by phone or better, visit our store! There is so much to see!  

--> phone would give option to COPY number or DIRECT DIAL, if they have that service set on their computer; visit our store would show the address and give the option to take them to Google Maps or other map)
Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, we encourage you to come in and look around, but if you want the convenience to order online, then click the "Click and Collect" option.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes in our bulk deliver tab you will find selections of all our bulk products we can deliver. Pavers and any palletized products are also available for delivery either by flatbed w/forklift or dump truck. We also offer shipping via mail carrier on a case by case basis.
What are your delivery times and options?

Our deliveries are available Monday-Friday from 08:30-4:30 and you can choose the best day and time through our delivery portal under the bulk delivery tab on the website or directly from bossdeliveries.com
How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.  (does SHOPIFY offer this capacity?)
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for Store items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not offer returns on pavers or bulk products. Please refer to our return policy page for more details.
Do you have landscape and construction equipment for rent that I can operate as a homeowner?

Yes, we have a basic selection of homeowner sized machines in our rental fleet: backhoe, loader, dump trailer, ditch-witch with attachments, and more. We also have hand & power tools, many of them are battery powered! (light-weight but heavy-duty, charged and ready for use without the mess of gas, diesel, and noise!)
Do you offer installation services?

While we do not provide installation services directly, we can recommend trusted local landscape professionals who specialize in landscaping installation.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers (ACH). For our BOSS PROs, we offer terms as well. See your CART for options.
